Lead Arc provides lead generation and staff augmentation services for technology companies. Our services are provided on a subscription or project basis as agreed upon in individual service agreements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, services are billed monthly in advance with payment due within 30 days of invoice date.

Limitation of Liability

Lead Arc's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
